1. When the diesel engine of the loader forklift starts, why can't it increase the throttle?
After the diesel engine of the loader forklift has just started, it should run at low speed for 3 ~ 5 minutes. Its purpose is:
Warm machine: let each part of the body slowly and evenly heat up, to reach the normal working temperature, reduce wear, avoid mechanical strain;
Ensure lubrication: when the diesel engine is just started, the viscosity of lubricating oil is large, and the lubrication of various parts is poor. After the heating, the lubricating oil gradually reaches the lubrication parts, so as to avoid dry friction and damage the matching surface.
After the diesel engine has just started, the machine temperature is low and diesel fuel combustion is incomplete. At this point, if increase the throttle, increase fuel supply, excess diesel fuel will form carbon accumulation, so that diesel engine emissions. In addition, excess diesel may also flow into the crankcase along the cylinder wall, affecting cylinder wall lubrication, and will dilute the oil in the sump, reduce lubrication performance, and reduce the service life of the diesel engine.
For diesel engines with exhaust gas turbochargers, more attention should be paid to warm the car. If the accelerator is immediately increased after starting, the speed of the turbine will increase, and the oil cannot reach the surface of the lubrication parts, resulting in poor lubrication. It is easy to produce the phenomenon of turbine shaft sticking, resulting in failure.
2. What are the reasons for the sudden shutdown of the diesel engine of the loader forklift? How to deal with it?
When the diesel engine suddenly stops at work, do not start the diesel engine again immediately. It should be carefully analyzed and examined, and the cause of the sudden stop of the diesel engine should be repaired and started again.
The main reasons for the sudden shutdown of the diesel engine of the forklift truck are:
(I) Sudden shutdown due to oil supply system failure. This shutdown phenomenon is caused by air or oil supply interruption in the Diesel Engine Oil supply circuit. Diesel engine suddenly shut down, speed up and down, unstable work. The reasons for oil supply interruption are as follows:
