The quality grades of CF-4, CH-4 and CI-4 are from low to high. The quality of CI-4 mainly depends on the base oil and additives, so the oil change cycle of CI-4 is longer than that of other grades, and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance are also better. Introduced in 1990, the CF-4 is suitable for high-speed, four-stroke, natural intake or turbocharged diesel engines and can replace both CD and CE oil grades.
