Loader Air Intercooler

Principle of Loader Air Intercooler: when the air enters the Engine turbocharger, its temperature will increase greatly, and its density will decrease accordingly, and the intercooler is playing the role of cooling air, high temperature air through the intercooler cooling, and then into the engine. If the lack of intercooler and let the pressurized high temperature air directly into the engine, it will cause the engine knock or even damage flameout due to high air temperature.

Through an opening in a hood for cooling air, so before the car started, inter-cooled device will only by some hot air blowing in from the engine compartment, while the cooling efficiency have been affected, but because of the inlet temperature rise in such a case, so the engine fuel consumption will decline a lot, this also indirectly reduce the efficiency of the engine.

Function:

1, the role of cooling air, high temperature air through the cooler cooling, and then into the engine.

2. Reduce engine fuel consumption.

3, improve the adaptability to altitude. At high altitudes, a compressor with a higher pressure ratio can be used with intercooling, which makes the engine more powerful and improves the adaptability of the vehicle.

4. Improve the matching and adaptability of the supercharger.
