One, the type of material handling

These teeth can be secured in a variety of ways, such as bolted, welded or bayonet connections. Different fixing methods are suitable for different working environments and material characteristics, ensuring that the bucket teeth remain stable during high-intensity operations.

Bolt fixation:
The bucket teeth are bolted to the bucket. The method is simple, reliable, easy to replace and maintain. In operation, the bolt-on teeth provide strong grip and wear resistance when handling hard materials.

Welding fixation:
Securing bucket teeth by welding is a stronger connection method. During the manufacturing process, the teeth are welded directly to the bucket, creating a tighter structure. This design is suitable for workplaces facing high impact and heavy loads.

Pin fixing:
Bayonet mounting is a compact way of attaching the teeth to the bucket via bayonet pins. This design is simple and flexible, and is suitable for some occasions where high working precision is required.

Overall, the design and installation of a wheel loader bucket determines, to some extent, its performance in handling and loading tasks. The correct choice of bucket design and fixing method can enable the wheel loader to better adapt to different work needs and improve the machine's operating efficiency and flexibility.
