19. The cause and elimination method of low oil pressure in a gear shift of loader forklift truck?
In this case, the general variable speed pump and variable speed control valve work normally, the fault is in a gear itself. There are several cases:
(1) The pressure of grade 1 and grade 2 is normal, while the pressure of reverse gear is low. The reason is that the piston oil seal (piston ring) of reverse clutch is damaged or the box body is cracked. Check whether there is a crack in the reverse gear cylinder of the box body, and then check whether the oil seal is damaged. The reason for the crack of reverse gear cylinder is usually too high system pressure.
(2) Normal pressure in gear 1 and reverse, low pressure in gear 2. The main reason is that the rotary oil seal at the joint of the shaft end of the 2-gear assembly and the gearbox end cover is damaged, or
The oil seal of the joint surface between the end cover and the box body is damaged; Piston seal in 2 gear clutch damaged. Disassemble the second gear, overhaul the rotary oil seal and related seals, and replace them if necessary.
(3) The pressure in reverse and second gear is normal, and the pressure in first gear is low. This is due to the damage of the sealing ring at the joint of the 1 gear clutch assembly and the gearbox box or the damage of the piston sealing ring (piston ring) in the gearbox 1 gear clutch and box, should check the oil seal at the joint of the 1 gear clutch and box is damaged, and disassemble the 1 gear clutch oil cylinder, if necessary, replace the sealing ring.
