When the pressure exceeds the set pressure of the unloading safety valve, the unloading safety valve opens, and its return oil reaches the left end of the unloading valve core 4 through oil passage B, overcomes the spring force of the unloading valve spring 5, and the unloading valve core moves to the right, and the high pressure oil of EF port directly discharges the tank through T port. In this way, the problem that the high pressure of the priority valve can not be unloaded is solved, and the working requirements of high pressure and small flow are realized, and energy is saved. However, it should be noted that when the system does not work, that is, when the loader is in high-speed transportation state, the oil from the steering pump is still unloaded through the Multi-Way Valve , and this kind of working condition often occurs when the loader is working, so the low-pressure unloading structure on the basis of high-pressure unloading appears.
