What is the reason for oil injection in the hydraulic tank of the loader forklift?
The main reason for the hydraulic tank to spray oil is that the oil contains a large number of bubbles, so that the compressibility of the oil increases. As the oil flow back to the tank, from high pressure suddenly dropped to low pressure, mixed with the oil in the air in the tank sharply expanded, the pressure in the tank is higher than the atmospheric pressure, so that the oil mixed with air from the tank vent discharge, the formation of oil injection phenomenon. When the phenomenon of oil injection occurs, it should focus on checking the sealing of the pipeline from the oil tank to the working pump or the steering pump, and whether the oil pump itself leaks.
It should be noted that in the oil return circuit, there is usually an oil filter. If the oil filter falls off, there may also be oil injection. The oil sprayed in this oil injection phenomenon is not much foam, which is different from the air mixed in the working hydraulic system。
