Working oil regulation use: winter using HC-8# Diesel Engine Oil , summer with HC-11# diesel engine oil, working temperature is -10 degrees to 70 degrees.
Installation requirements:
The drive shaft of the pump is not allowed to bear radial force and axial force (such as: the spline sleeve length shall not exceed the effective length of the pump drive shaft spline, and the power shaft end and shaft sleeve can not extend the spline end and shaft steps have any axial offset existence). For special conditions such as radial force and axial force, please contact the company for special orders.
The installation coaxiality of the driving shaft of the pump and the output shaft of the prime mover shall not be greater than 0.05mm, and the installation plane of the pump support and the verticality of the stop shall not be greater than 0.05mm. The connecting parts at both ends of the coupling sleeve should also ensure the coaxiality within 0.05mm.
The suction height of the pump is no more than 0.5m, and the diameter of the oil inlet pipeline should ensure that the flow rate is no more than 2m/s, that is, the diameter of the oil inlet pipeline D is no less than 3.25 (mm), where Q is the pump inlet flow Q(liter)= Q ·n.
Pump inlet pipe and flange should not leak.
