After the wheel loader is started, it should avoid entering high-speed operation state immediately. Before high speed flameout, should idle or low speed operation for a few minutes and then flameout. Air filter element should be cleaned and replaced in time, and lubricating oil should be added in time if necessary.

1. After startup, avoid entering high-speed operation state immediately.
Turbocharged engines have high revs. Do not press the gas pedal after the wheel loader is started. You should start by idling for 3-5 minutes so that the pump has enough time to deliver oil to all parts of the turbo charger. At the same time, the oil temperature slowly increased, better fluidity. At this point, the speed increase will be like a duck to water.

2. When running at high speed, it should idle or run at low speed for a few minutes and then turn off.

After the engine suddenly stops running, the oil pressure drops to zero rapidly, and the high temperature of the turbo part of the turbo charger is transferred to the middle, and the heat in the bearing box can not be taken away quickly. At the same time, the turbo charger rotor is still running at high speed under the action of inertia. Therefore, if the engine stops suddenly at high temperatures, the oil left in the turbo charger will overheat and damage the bearings and shafts.

3. Clean and replace the air filter element in time.
Air filters will be blocked by dust and debris in the long-term use process. At this point, the air pressure and flow at the inlet of the air compressor will decrease, resulting in the performance of the exhaust turbo charger weakening. At the same time, the intake system should also be checked for leakage. If there is a leak, dust can be sucked into the compressor housing and into the cylinder, causing early wear on the blades and diesel engine parts, which can lead to the deterioration of the supercharger and engine performance.

4. Add lubricating oil in time if necessary.

If the oil and oil filter have been replaced, if the oil has been parked for a long time (more than a week) or the external ambient temperature is too low, when adding lubricating oil, you must loosen the supercharger oil inlet joint and inject clean lubricating oil. When lubricating oil is injected, the rotor assembly can be rotated to fully lubricate the lubricated surface prior to use.
