1. Some gears can't walk or do not walk, while others can walk normally
Inability to walk or not to walk refers to that the speed of a gear is significantly lower than the normal speed of the gear or the bucket is slightly inserted into the pile, that is, not to walk.
A gear to walk weak or not to walk, can rule out torque converter, variable speed pump, variable speed control valve valve and other block common oil road and parts of the problem, the fault can only occur in the variable speed control valve after the clutch piston between the oil road. At this point, the rotation of the main drive shaft between the torque converter and the gearbox should be observed first: when the corresponding gear is hung, the main drive shaft continues to rotate while the output shaft of the gearbox does not rotate after the bucket insertion pile loader stops moving, the following problems can be confirmed:
