Repair and improvement method of ZL50C wheel Loader brake clamp

ZL50C wheel loaders often use a gas-cap oil brake system, which is composed of an Air Brake Booster and a Loader brake clamp. The disadvantage of this approach is that the Loader Brake Clamp Piston and the Loader brake clamp shell are prone to corrosion, jamming and other faults. When the clamp piston and housing rust, stuck, usually remove the piston, with sandpaper to clean the rust, dry, restore the braking performance of the machine after re-installation. But often in the maintenance, because can not find the appropriate center of gravity, the piston can not be removed from the clamp, so that corrosion, stagflation increases, disassembly is more difficult.According to the author's practical experience, it is suggested that manufacturers make the following improvements when processing the brake cylinder: Method 1: drill a top line hole in the center of the piston of the clamp shell, and the top line is sealed with a nut lock. In this way, when it is found that the piston of the pump is rusty and stuck, the lock nut can be loosened and screwed into the top line to push out the piston of the pump. The second method is to weld a suitable ring (the ring should not be higher than the lower end face of the piston) on the top of the chamber of the split piston. This allows the piston to be removed into a ring and then pulled out. Separate pump piston corrosion, stuck, can not be successfully excluded is a more common maintenance problems, we hope to cause the manufacturer to pay attention to and improve.
