If the injector needle valve is stuck in the open state, cut off the cylinder oil supply, abnormal sound and white smoke disappear; If the needle valve is stuck in the closed state, the cylinder oil is cut off, the cylinder oil supply is cut off, and the engine is not on fire. The multi-cylinder machine loosens the high-pressure copper tube of a cylinder, the white smoke and trill disappear, and a large number of bubbles appear at the loose part, indicating that the cylinder needle valve and the needle valve body are stuck in the open position; Touch the Engine Injector of a cylinder. The reasons for the nozzle failure are as follows: a. Dust and impurities cling to the tubing ends and connection bolts. b. Improper handling or incorrect installation of parts during maintenance or replacement. C. The added fuel is not clean. Before starting, the oil in the tank and filter is not discharged, so that the fuel is not clean to the fuel pump. d. There is carbon accumulation and burning on the shoulder of the fixed nut of the nozzle; Uneven gasket; When the fuel injector is installed in the cylinder head hole, the clamping torque of the clamping plate nut is too large or uneven; Diesel engine operating temperature is too high, fuel injector heat load increases. e. Improper injection pressure adjustment;

If the Diesel Engine Injector is stuck, the stuck injector should be preheated in diesel or oil, then removed and wrapped in cloth. Then grasp the needle valve with a hand clamp and move slowly to remove the needle valve from the needle. Remove valve body. Drop a small amount of cleaning oil into the needle valve body, so that the needle valve in the needle valve body repeated movement until the needle valve in the needle valve body free movement. If the sealing surface of the needle valve has burn marks, apply grinding paste to grind. Pay attention to the amount of grinding paste and grinding time. Install the cleaned needle valve coupling on the injector, adjust the injection pressure can be reused.
