Specification for measurement and adjustment of loader pilot valve pressure:
1. Measurement of pilot pressure
Take Liugong 862H loader as an example, the Multi-Way Valve is installed on the front frame, and the pilot pressure can be measured at the pilot control end when the multi-way valve is in the descending position. The pilot control end of lifting and receiving bucket corresponds to the position in front of the multi-way valve (bucket side), and the pilot control end of dropping and tipping bucket corresponds to the position behind the multi-way valve (cab side). 1) Connect test tools
Step 1: Install pressure gauge connector B together with tee connector D.
Step 2: Remove the descent control tube.
Step 3: Tighten tee joint D to descent control joint and connect with descent pilot control pipe.
Step 4: Tighten the pressure tube C connector to the tee connector D.
Step 5: connect an oil pressure gauge G with a range of 0 to 6MPa to pressure gauge C.
2) Start the engine, place the pilot valve handle in the descending position, descending to the extreme position, and gradually increase the throttle to the maximum (2200 RPM). Observe the steady pressure value of the oil pressure gauge, that is, the current pilot control pressure of the hydraulic system of the Loader Working Device under test.
3) Compare the measured value with the appraisal standard value, and adjust or take other diagnostic measures according to the fault diagnosis process. After the test is completed, wipe the leakage hydraulic oil during the process of disassembling and assembling the test tool.
2. Pilot pressure adjustment
The pilot pump relief valve is installed on the pilot pump of the steering pilot twin pump. Loosen the lock nut and turn the regulating screw.
◆ Increase the pressure and turn clockwise.
Reduce the pressure and turn counterclockwise.
★ The adjusting quantity of adjusting screw is about 1MPa per rotation.
★ Female locking force rejection: 35±5N.m.
