Pilot Valve is wheel loader control hydraulic components, by wet valve electromagnet, spool, drive plunger, valve sleeve, thimble rod, steel ball, steel ball seat, reset spring and so on. The spool and body are threaded. One end of the drive plunger is connected with the electromagnet armature and the other end is supported by the steel ball. Therefore, both the thrust of the electromagnet on the upper end and the force of the spring on the lower end make the two steel balls and the thimble rod connected. There is an annular control cavity between the two ends of the thimble rod and the valve core, and communicated with the radial hole on the valve core respectively. This is a two - three - way double ball normally closed solenoid valve. When the electromagnet power, from the P chamber into the pressure oil directly on the ball seat of the pilot valve, and the elastic force of the reset spring is also acting on the ball seat, the pilot valve under the valve port is closed, the valve port is opened, so that the pressure oil road and control oil road A block, control oil road and oil return road T open. In this case, the control oil road is in unloading state; When the electromagnet is charged, the drive plunger pushes the upper ball down, the upper valve port is closed, and the lower valve port is opened. Therefore, the control oil circuit and return oil circuit are blocked, and the pressure oil circuit and control oil circuit are opened at the same time. The pressure oil enters the oblique passage of the valve body through the control cavity of the pilot valve so that the control oil is in working condition.
